RESERVATIONS:  When a reservation for a puppy is placed, a $150.00  USD non-refundable deposit is required, which will be deducted from the purchase price of the dog.  No puppy will be held without a deposit.  Should a breeding not produce the specific type,(show/breeding or pet/companion) color, or sex reserved, the buyer may use the deposit toward a different , unspoken-for puppy from the same litter, roll the deposit over to another litter OR the deposit may be refunded.  We may refund the deposit at any time for any reason and the contract will be null and void.  These are the only reasons the deposit will be refunded.  Purchasing a puppy from another breeder is not a viable reason.  To have a deposit contract emailed to you

 When we breed a litter it is well planned and researched and with the intent of keeping something for ourselves,  thus puppies are not assigned in first few weeks since true evaluation cannot be done before 7 weeks.  Plus the temperament and personalities are not known in the first few weeks, to make sure puppies are placed in the proper environment/homes.
  Both Pet/Companion and Show/Breeding puppies are physically and mentally sound with temperament being a primary focus in our breeding program.  The differences between the Pet/Companion and Show/Breeding puppies are based on the Australian Shepherd Breed Standard.  Only puppies determined to contribute to the betterment of the Breed will be placed as Show/Breeding Quality.  Many times show quality pups will be placed in Pet / Companion homes as that may be the best situation for puppy and family.  Pet/Companion puppies are sold on a limited registration, to be spayed /neutered with no offspring produced by them eligible for registration with either ASCA or AKC.  Puppies will not be sold to breeding only homes, but serious competition homes with possible breeding intentions after health/genetic testing is done and hopefully proven in  conformation and or performance venues.
We breed only OFA certified  and Eyes cleared by a canine opthamologist breeding stock with many of the animals we utilize , being CHIC certified dogs (Canine Health Information Center) that have passing ratings  for hips, elbows, and eyes..  Puppies eyes are cleared at 7 weeks by a canine opthamologist before going to their new homes.  Puppies are born and raised in our home and fed a natural/raw diet like the rest of our dogs.  Any puppy that will be going to a kibble fed home will be fed raw and will be transitioned just before leaving.  We take socialization very seriously and make sure  that puppies get a great start meeting new people, animals, sights, sounds and surfaces.
We stand behind any puppy that we breed at any time in their life.  And sell them on normal health guarantees explained fully in our contract.  When you contact us about a litter we will give general information in email but pricing and policies will need to be discussed via phone call or in person.
